Corrections and source questions

Archive 001 is an evolving record. A clear correction helps the next reader.

Submit a correction or source question

Use the reader comments beneath the opening journal entry, or beneath the journal entry your question concerns. Ghost requires free email sign-in to comment; the archive itself remains freely readable.

Identify the Archive ID or page, the statement you are questioning, and the source or date that supports your correction. Please do not post private personal information, sealed records, account numbers, or material you do not have permission to share.

How corrections are handled

Submissions are reviewed against the available source material. A comment is not itself a verified correction. Material corrections identify the changed statement and the date of the change. The Updates page records significant additions and corrections.

A pleading records a party’s allegation; correspondence records a communication; an order establishes the decision it actually makes. See How to Read and Documentary Method.
