Archive 001 — Chronology with Document IDs
March 18–19, 2026 — Opening record
Interstate Credit Union's complaint and the associated President/CEO verification enter the court record. Sources: A001-001, A001-002.
May 12 — Answer

August 28 — Motion for leave
Defendant seeks leave to file amended defenses and counterclaims. Source: A001-004.
September 22 — Plaintiff discovery responses
Plaintiff serves responses to requests for admission and production. These later become source material for comparison with earlier allegations and the asserted deficiency. Sources: A001-005, A001-006.
September 23 — Deficiency correspondence
Defendant seeks supplementation and identifies missing sale/accounting documentation. Source: A001-007.
September 25 — Amended Complaint
Plaintiff files an amended pleading revising aspects of the repossession allegations and amount demanded. Source: A001-008.
September 28 — Oversight submissions
Material concerning the litigation record is submitted to Georgia DBF and the NCUA Fraud Hotline. Sources: A001-009, A001-010.
September 29 — Counterclaim posture
The court grants leave to file the authorized amended pleading; the Amended Answer and Counterclaims is then filed. The filed order itself contains a case-number discrepancy: its electronic filing stamp shows STV2026000016 while its typed caption shows STV2026000047. Archive 001 preserves that discrepancy as part of the source. Sources: A001-011, A001-012.
September 30 — Statutory correspondence
Article 9 and insurance-identification requests are mailed. Certified-mail acceptance is preserved separately from later delivery evidence. Sources: A001-013, A001-014, A001-015.
This chronology is additive. Later events do not silently alter the description of what the record contained at an earlier date.
