Archive 001 — Source Types

Archive 001 labels records by what they are, not by what a narrator wants them to prove.

Pleading — a party's filed allegations, defenses, or claims. Filing establishes what the party asserted; it does not by itself establish the truth of disputed allegations.

Verification — a signed sworn verification associated with a filing. The archive records the signer, date, and document being verified.

Discovery request or response — a formal litigation request or response. Admissions and responses are presented in their procedural context.

Court order — a ruling or directive issued by the court. The archive distinguishes an order from the allegations that led to it.

Produced record — material supplied during discovery. Production establishes that the material was produced; its individual contents are evaluated in context.

Correspondence — communications between parties, counsel, or other participants.

Oversight submission — information submitted to a regulator or oversight channel. Submission establishes that the information was reported, not that the receiving body adopted the submitter's conclusions.

Statutory request — correspondence invoking a statutory information or disclosure mechanism.

Postal record — evidence of mailing acceptance or delivery. Archive 001 records acceptance and delivery as distinct events.
